We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Writer to join our Marketing and Communications team in Hanoi, Vietnam. Your role will be to create engaging, informative, and persuasive content that supports our marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate should have a flair for writing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences.

You will be tasked with creating a wide range of content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and marketing copy. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest industry trends and able to suggest new ideas to enhance our brand presence.

What you’ll get to do…

  • Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with different departments to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types.
  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
  • Optimize content according to SEO guidelines.
  • Monitor web traffic and user engagement (e.g., conversions and bounce rates) and suggest content optimization.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions.

Your experience should include…

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with web publications and proficiency in digital content creation tools.
  • Excellent grasp of the English language.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A portfolio of published articles.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
